Directions:  From 74/Roosevelt Blvd., take the Skyway Drive exit into old downtown Monroe.  Stay on Skyway Drive as it becomes Hayne Street.  Go past the old courthouse and through old downtown Monroe; go to Central United Methodist Church at 801 South Hayne Street. 

Park by the large white pillars and enter the door to the right of the pillars.  Take the steps to the second floor.  The office is immediately visible on the second floor.
